Sourdough Bread 2.0: Sourdough bread making in the Beshara School Kitchen, Chisholme House

So, first and foremost, I suggest that you do a little research and find the best sourdough bread recipe and style for you!  I do like the No Knead style, but this is the next step in this amazing bread making process.  Really, the following video is the SIXTH or more step, I suspect.  However, Robin at Chisholme House really gives some great tips and explanation of this particular type of bread dough handling and processing.  Besides which, his kneading style is absolutely beautiful!
