This is great. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- 1 1/2 cup vegenaise or vegan mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp parsley
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp fresh chopped dill or 1/4 tsp dried dill
Combine all ingredients in blender or whisk well by hand. Adjust soy milk and vegan mayonnaise for thickness. Make a thicker version for ranch dip!
